Westcliffe Drive is the main route into Blackpool from Garstang and the A6.

DSD were awarded the concrete paving, kerbing, drainage, street furniture erection and the bituminous surfacing elements of the works.

The works were carried out over a 12 week period and had to fit in with the shop opening times which meant early evening works after the shops had closed. Night work was out of the question becuase the majority of the flats above the shops were residential.

Blackpool Council were awarded the "Urban Traffic Scheme of the year award for this scheme. An award that DSD Construction are proud to be associated with.
